  Buyer beware Lily and her team don't know what they are doing and when confronted, will do nothing to reimburse or help correct the mistake. It has been a costly lesson and I hope the takeaway is to do your research and get set up with a reputable accountant or firm from the get-go.

  However, I am thankful to one of my neighbors who referred me to Li Lily Liu at Acro Accounting Bookkeeping Inc. On my very first meeting, I was overwhelmed by the wonderful confidence level of Lily. She assured me to do everything that can bring me total peace of mind. Lily has been working for me since last couple of years, and in these years, she has never let me down anywhere. She is trustworthy and hates disclosing business secrets with anyone else. She has been of great help in helping my business getting all the legal documents that are necessary for running a business. It feels great to work with her.   Update January 2016: Lily send a fake threatening email pretending to be from a lawyer demanding we take our review down. Ridiculous! She's a complete fraud and has even lied about "firing a client". We recommend you stay away from this business.

  The reports for our small business including year-end, remittance, and PST filings were completed incorrectly and cost us thousands of dollars in additional expenses. She charged $300 for bookkeeping a month of which she had done nothing and left our books a mess. We were told this when we left and went to a reputable accounting firm.
