  I brought several friends to introduce them to world of escape games. Decided to play at this location since we were nearby WORST DECISION EVER.... When I visited this location, I've already played 40+ escape rooms and this Butcher Shop room definitely sits on my top 5 worst escape rooms. My friends and I weren't able to find any correlation to each puzzle and several things were far fetching. Not sure if they were training a staff or it just required 3 staff to provide a hint. For our first hint, the staffs seem clueless on how to give us instruction on completing the puzzle. Save your money people, there are plenty of better escape rooms out there!

  Great employees that were very personable and friendly and were helpful when we needed hints. We did the Candy Coaster which was fun and pretty easy.

  Staff were so friendly! We did the butcher room and it was a lot of fun. We can't wait to go back

  Amazing Customer service and amazing rooms. Best escape rooms in the city. I did the Illusions one which is fantastic and the Candy Coaster one which is also great.

  Fun group activity, good to do with more people rather than less. The room we were in was very creative. Glad they had some non spooky/creepy room. The staff were very positive and fun but they were overwhelmed with bookings. We were there with other groups and one or two things seemed out of order, but they had alternative puzzles. Better than other escape rooms according to people in my group. Convenient location.
