  Delores is the absolute best. My boyfriend has an account at BMO. She's so great, I decided to close my accounts at TD and move to BMO.

  Some staff are very nice but overall NOT HELPFUL when it comes to giving you a banking advice or solution. Anna the Asia Korean looking lady - manager? who helped me has a very bad attitude and absolutely zero smile with a black face. I hope the branch is not under her lead. I, myself, work in customer service base position and i don't understand how she can answered customer with this you are wrong i am right attitude. I simply walk away and went to another branch for help. I was a bmo customer in Ottawa for 12 years before and switch to TD when i moved to Downtown Vancouver because this specific BMO branch disappointed me everytime, NO FAIL! =) good luck bmo. TD downtown branch just down the block has wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better service dealing with exactly the same issue.

  Have 3.5 ppl at the counter 4 ppl ahead of me and still took half an hour to get to the counter. Amazingly slow
