  I have never had a more terrible experience with a bank in my life. We unfortunately had a mortgage with this bank. It is our first mortgage and we did not know what to look out for. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to break our mortgage. The fine was outrageous and the customer service was non-existent. They would not even consider negotiating (all other banks we have spoken to are willing to accommodate our circumstances, be flexible and reasonable) They could care less about the average home owner. They made it impossible to work around the situation and we were left minus $14,000. DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE WITH THIS BANK!!!!!

  Open acct with promotion $300 cash back. 5 months after the promised day, nothing happen. Contact customer service and have been passing around, 2 moths now and still not solve the problem and have no show of apologize.

  This branch represents a bank famous for their bad customer service, unethical business practices, and inability to protect their clients interests. Back in May 2017 the National Bank had data breach resulting in losing massive amount of their clients personal information to hackers. What kind of bank doesn't have resources to protect their system?!!! To make the situation worse they couldn't answer questions coming from the concerned customers. Can't recommend this bank to anyone.

  Worst Bank ever! I had a loan for two ATV's. When I wanted to payout the loan the wait on the phone just to speak to someone was 1/2 hr and I had to listen to advertising messages in between the music. I would never deal with this bank ever again. We also had one of the ATV's stolen and when ICBC paid out the one, the bank would not adjust the payment or loan to reflect one of the ATV's had been paid off. That means we had to continue paying for two ATV's at the same loan amount. NO other options were made available to us. We could not even go get a new ATV, replacing the one stolen and add to the existing loan. If we wanted another ATV we had to get another loan and then have payments on three ATV's or not buy one on credit. We obviously did not get another loan with them and I never will deal with them again. Bye bye National Bank

  Most disrespectful staff ever. Made us wait 30 minutes to close an account but also screamed at us and rudely asked us to leave.... Rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.
