    Avoid them like plague! Especially DO NOT GET their PREPAID CANADA POST VISA CARD. Bad timing made me fall into a funny situation. My cousin from Ontario made a payment to my card prior to closing his bank account and moving out of Canada. I needed money on my card rather than cash as I was preparing to shop online. Just because the card is relatively new and they find it uncommon for someone to make a 1500$ deposit to my card, they blocked my card and now are asking me to provide proof of payment from my cousin's account that is not in the same province from his account that has been closed.

    The person on the phone Sylvain was extremely threatening and intimidating and told me that I will not be seeing my money any time soon? Not sure if banks are allowed to say that to ordinary people and their money...strange and extremely shady
