  I had no idea what to look for in a bike. Stephen dedicated a significant amount of time to helping me find the bike that would best suit my needs (and budget), and even did a fitting to make sure the bike fit me properly and wouldn't exacerbate a previous injury.

  My shirts got stuck in my bike wheel (don't ask) and they were REALLY STUCK. I thought I would have to cut them off and ruin 5 of my best shirts :(

  The atmosphere in the shop is awesome as well - Stephen and the staff are so welcoming, and you can tell they're really passionate about what they do. Though it was my first time in the shop, I could immediately tell that they make a positive impact in the community.

  This place was fantastic. I took my bike here to get the gears fixed. They fixed them in less than 10 minutes and didn't even end up charging me. I will definitely be back for anything bike related!

  I have bought things here before and they are always top notch - highly recommend them especially given that most bike shops have the attitude that you need to do things yourself - not my style thank you!

  When I walked in asking for help...Stephen dropped what he was doing and helped me untie the knot in 20 minutes of gruelling pulling and tugging - he should have charged me a fortune. In the end he did not and was just happy that I could happily bike home.

  Stephen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The rates are fair, and his customer service was truly noteworthy. I would drive out of my way to go back again.
