I thought that the person that was "helping" me probably had a bad day. He did not greet me when I came in to the store (or when I left, or say thank you, goodbye...). He kept trying to sell me more parts and more repairs for my bike, even after I explained all I wanted was what I asked for. When I came back to pick up my bike, he was the one "serving" me again and he still had a chip on his shoulder - so much for the theory that he had a bad day. When I mentioned that the part that I wanted changed did not seemed to have been changed, he became angry and accused me of lying about the repair that I asked for. Finally when he finished his tirade, he asked the mechanic about it; the mechanic looked at the invoice slip and said that he made a mistake and that he had installed the wrong piece. By the mechanic's tone, you can tell that he did not think that that was a big deal, and neither did I, a simple mistake. However, the person "serving" me turned this into a federal case. To make matter worst, beside not apologizing, was the fact that he would not fix my bike now (it was a simple, quick fix). He asked me to wait another week for the mistake they made. Fortunately the manager (I assumed) who was present during this whole incident and who had not say anything until then, finally step-in and told me my bike would be ready in a few hours. I am not sure what is worst about the "service" at Bikes For All, is it that an employee treats customers in a disrespectful manner, or is it that this is acceptable practice for the manager?

I returned a week later to finally make a purchase, and they were again excellent with their service. They mounted all the accessories for me professionally, including fenders, a bike rack and a child seat. I am very happy that I chose this shop!

Great service! These guys definitely go the extra mile. This is the place to go if you're looking for an ego-free bike shop. So glad I bought my bike here, the tune up service and follow up is amazing - thanks!!!

The folks here are excellent! They are down to earth and were very patient with me, and provided me with great advice. They took out bike after bike for me to test ride, until I finally decided on my dream bike. I was there for over an hour! Although I did not purchase a bike on that day, they did not seem to mind a bit.

Large store behind a small storefront. Very good selection.

These folks are the absolute best place, the one-stop shop for anything bike related. The prices for new bikes are very reasonable, and they offer a post-purchase tune-up free of charge. When I took my bike in, Seth repaired my lock-fix without my asking, which I did not purchase or install there - most places wouldn't do that. They go above and beyond. Go here!
