  Got my 2018 TCX Adv Pro 1 from Giant Vancouver. Great service from Jill, great price, great bike, shipped to Ontario with no Provincial Sales Tax (saved 8% over buying in Ontario). All the current specs I was looking for on this bike and NOBODY else had one ready to sell. Bike arrived looking flawless and tuned right to my door. See ya at Cowbell!

  Bought a couple bikes here and never a hard sell and always super knowledgable and helpful. Took my 3 year old bike in for a servicing. Amazing tune up. Feels brand-new. Gearing is so tight and smooth now. Thank you!

  Great staff and great shop, no question. My only feedback for advanced DH mountain bikers - make sure you understand their warranty and where the line in the sand is. After 15 years riding and buying countless bikes its easy to see they dont sell a lot to those who really punish their mountain bikes and warranty / replacement through Giant Canada seems to be a very grey area. That being said I would 100% recommend this store to anyone else

  I'm a complete newbie to the cycling world, so it's a bit intimidating to walk into a bike shop here in Vancouver and ask a bunch of questions. However, Jill at Giant Vancouver was SUPER awesome and made me feel at ease by answering all my questions with patience and expert knowledge. She spent an hour with me, letting me try numerous demo models and letting me take test rides to fully understand the best bike that'll fulfill my needs. Although I do not have any other experience to compare this to, I just have to say that if you're looking for approachable, friendly, professionals with great customer service that offer a diverse range of bicycles; then head on over to Giant Vancouver.
