  Fast and friendly service. Popped in on my way home from work to get some air, turns out I had a flat and had busted my rim. In and out of there in 15 minutes

  Free air and oil for the public which is great! But took my bike in for a tuneup and was told it would be $60 plus tax. When I picked it up it was $78 because of a $5 "shop fee" and they tried charging me for something included in the tuneup. Won't be going back!

  Bought a new bike from them. A unique model, unfortunately it came with a paint chip. They made it right with some extra options, but I'd rather the bike didn't have the chip.

  I needed to get my Bike boxed up to go home on an emergency and even though they were extremely busy they took me in, boxed my bike and I was off. But I left my Goal Zero solar panel there.....no one has contacted me.

  I went there to ask how to place the mirror that my bf previously had bought at the store and they nicely explained me that a hole at the handlebars needed to be done and they offered themselves to do it. 3 min later the hole was ready and the manager went to the cashier and ask me for 10 dolars (the mirror costs 15 dolars). I find it annoying that they charged me for 3 mins of work and without mentioning the price before. 100% Not coming back.
