    This is a great book store with outstanding staff. They always get what you need. And I never had any issues with my young child who has now grown up and is always keen to stop at Hager's.

    Decent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They used to order in books for you, but I haven't done that in a while so don't know if they still do.

    I like this bookstore. it is cosy and the staff is not intrusive. Also if you return a book when you realize you have already read it you get credit which is recorded in a book. ( You do not have to carry around a credit slip--I always lose them) If you need help the person at the desk has been helpful to me.
