    Amazing experience! My family and I went in looking for a new car after losing our previous one to an accident. Rosanna was our sales associate and she is, without a doubt, the most helpful associate we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants for the car we were looking to purchase. Rosanna took the time to explain everything and answer any questions my parents had and then further took my sister and I outside to the car and explained all the new and preexisting functions of our new car. Rosanna was amazing and genuinely happy to help us with everything- she didn’t push or try convincing us to purchase the car, which is something I really value in a car dealership sales agent. Even after purchasing the car, Rosanna is one text away from any questions we have about anything to do with our new car which is amazing, especially since previous dealerships we’ve bought from have always left us in the dark, without explaining anything properly. This entire experience was amazing. The staff was great! We will definitely be going back to Rosanna in the future :)

    clearly yanking on a door is clearly the way to fix things : service manager is so pathetic and dumb.

    my right speaker stopped working 2 months after i bought the car, i took it into the dealership and the manager went to my car with his "technician" all i see is them YANKING on my side panel. and then all of a sudden its popped off screws fell out. He then tells me it was like that when i brought it in and i should go to the place who fiddled with my door. Funny thing is why the hell would i need someone to fiddle with my door or anything cuz the car was 2 months old??!??? Then he takes me to the driver side and says "look this side is not fiddled with, the passenger side is" and tells me if you want it fixed its $160/hr and it will take 4 hours to open up, AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT can be fixed becuase it WAS "OPENED FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE" best part is its nota 15k mercedes. i paid 116 for the c63S. complete was of time stay away. now i have a broken speaker, a door handle that doesnt open and a panel hanging on hinges literally. Oh ya and then he tells me hes been working as a SERVICE MANAGER FOR 46 Years and he knows what hes talking about.

    Arrived to valet service at the dealership. Red carpet leads to concierge who takes your name, and gets your paperwork squared away. Waiting area is nice with nice automated coffee machine and complimentary tea and pastries as well. Shuttle service dropped and picked me up once car was ready. Notification was done through txt messages direct to your service advisor.

    I felt very well taken care of. I'm not exactly a high value client (brought in my used 1997 C280 for repairs), but the staff was attentive and friendly. I was even given a direct text/phone contact number for my assigned repair technician. They also comped my taxi ride home. Very impressed, and I now know why MB has such a loyal following.

    Good service and friendly staff. Also I don't know what they use for washing cars, but my car was returned to me damn clean and shiny!!!

    They are all happy and amazing when you purchase a NEW car but than when you get problems they refuse to fix it .
