  My family rented a car for a week. The car itself was in good condition but what really impressed me was the quality of service. Our server Benjamin was very friendly, consist and gave great recommendations. We would definitely go back again.

  After returning my hire car and confirming that no more charges are due, they charge my card CAD 17.95 three months later with no forewarning or explanation. They don't pick up the phone when I try to query this. Not impressed.

  I could not say enough good things about the people who work here. I think I mostly interacted with Luk (I asked for a card when leaving so I could give credit), but everyone was so helpful. Maybe it was a Canadian thing but they were of assistance above and beyond renting a car (gave me for some food recs, suggestions on timing to getting to the airport on Canada day etc etc). There was all the other standard good car rental stuff - car was clean, easy to pick up / drop off - but I felt compelled to write a review because of the service.

  This location is full of scammers, they lied to me that if i drop off my car without refueling, i will get charged less. But they charged me 3 times more. Dont go to this location
