  Neil and the guys at Pawlik have always been straight forward, clear, and honest when it comes to the work needed or done on your vehicle. I have never been oversold or had reason to question their recommendations. I always leave feeling satisfied my car had been repaired and in excellent condition. There is no wonder why they after consecutively voted best in Vancouver.

  I was not satisfied with the business at Pawlik. I hired them to diagnose and repair a clunk in the front of the vehicle. It was $160 to diagnose. They told me it was the sway bar links when in fact it wasn't. $540 later and the clunk is still there. I could have replaced the links myself for less than $50.

  All this tells me they didn't take the time to properly diagnose the problem which for $160 would be an hour or so of thorough checks. They also didn't take it for a road test after they had put the new links in and I'm guessing didn't take it This in conjunction with the over priced parts and long labour time has led me to this poor review.
