Arvanitisvslatervecchio. com My trial documents and a few of the transcripts I could afford are all being posted on my new website because sometimes judges are WRONG. If a lawyer lied this much on affidavids ,legal documents and under oath judge do you really think he would not lie to his 25 year old client? For 11 years while I suffered in pain ,alone ,ignored, and stuggling horriblly financially, the only thing that got me though those days was my faith in humanity and in the law. I believed that no educated judge would ever be ok with how I was left hurting ,crying and calling repetedly for medical care while being ignored for 4 years by the lawyer I hired to help me. Dear judge I stood before you as a citizen fighting for my basic rights to medical care against a law firm on a disability budget. On day one you asked me to prouve my case to you but why did you not ask for proof or evidence to collaborate the stories those lawyers gave you. No contracts, no evidence of calls to me on the day they say I agreed to giving away all my rights. No documentation of those calls or meetings ever happening. No witness or lawyer present when having me sign away all my rights. You caught the lawyer lying on stand I know you know he was. You stated there is issue of that meeting ever happening yet you chose to say that I had been informed of all my rights that day in that meeting. You said there call logs where incomplete when the facts are the facts. You can clearly see in the call logs how I went for physiotherapy and on my second visit there I was told my therapy costs would not be covered. You saw that in my call logs, in black and white about how I called Slater Vecchio to complain that I went for physio and that my therapy was cut off after my first visit. That I was being asked to cover the cost of my own care even though I had $40,000 in ICBC medical reserves avail to me for medical costs. Its in my call logs! How could you ignore evidence and then simply assume the call logs provided where incomplete??Yet you agreed that I did not avail myself to go for treatments. NOT RIGHT. You chose to believed that I did not avail myself to go for physio when I had and my benefits cut off and I was being asked to sign a direction to pay after 1 visit. Why judge why? Why did you hurt me this way when I entrusted my life in your hands :'( Maybe after reading the transcript i posted on my website from Feb 12 2016 you to will see how odvious the lies about me where. I respected your court room and all the rules I had to follow to make it to my trial. I stood before you for 12 days opening up about the most personal privet details of my life. Yet now I feel so violated by the final decision you made in my case. I was 25 and lost everything I ever worked for and was left permentently ingured with no future care or any ongoing assistance and you agreed $67,000 and one covored therapy session was adiquit care for me. The car you drive home every night is probalby worth more then the value you put on my life even though I was a homecare nurse and hairdresser :'( I will never quit fighting this law firm for what they did to me when I needed there help the most. For anyone who wants to contact me you can find my email on my website. I am truly sorry but feel I have no choice now but to protect my reputation and good name by posting all my evidence and documents. It is not right that the lawyers word was believed with no evidence or proof to support what they where saying yet all my documents and evidence proving what I went through was just dismissed. Also thanks for awarding that multi million dollar law firm legal costs from me 8 days after they missed your spesified dead line and after they stole $10,080 in fees from me. Congratulations on allowing and supporting such unethical and down right criminal behavior. I spent thousands of dollars preparing for my trial to learn how citizens rights are just dismissed completely by judges. My judge just dismissed my whole case knowing I could not afford $50,000 to appeal his decision.

Justice Basran helped launch the Department's National Mentoring Program and was the Department's Champion for Visible Minorities for almost a decade. He was also instrumental in creating and developing the first Pro Bono Program at the Department of Justice, which currently consists of nine legal clinics in eight cities across Canada. In 2012, he received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his work on this initiative. Since 2003, Justice Basran has volunteered with various amateur sports organizations as a coach and board member, and he has been a Director of the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia since 2014.

Hope nobody ever has to use this court system for anything? Its not set up to help you for anything. Its all about you rolling out the red carpet for a judge coming out of the back room that knows nothing of your case. These arrogant justices are not very caring at all, and subsequently your left crossing your fingers for justice only to later discover there is none. Id say its justice for a law firm or a lawyer, because they all get awarded costs on both sides regardless of a cases conclusion. In all honesty it really should be abolished with a panel driven system where lawyers dont run the show. #nowinners

Staff here are rude and seem very miserable, a simple please and thank you response when dealing with people is a basic thing we learn as children then as some of us grow up we keep this level of respect your staff did not grow up! Attitude is everything people get it?

Oil and water do not mix. For materials to mix, they have to be the same type. Corruption supports corruption. Honesty supports honesty. Corruption will not support honesty and vice versa.
