  I've been coming here for a few years now and their client care is not what it used to be. Their receptionist "Hannah" was unable to understand my first name after spelling it out for her 3 times... Dr. Flunkert himself chose not to numb an area of my mouth because I was "tough". He did not even ask me if I considered myself "tough". I'm not one to write a review but the way I was treated by this dental office was highly unprofessional. There are many other dentists out there in Vancouver. I will not be coming back here.

  The reception on the other hand they are the rudest people I've ever encountered. Due to some misunderstanding i was booked for a day i wasn't supposed to, so when they called me for a reminder a day before i had to explain them the i wasn't aware that i was booked and i couldn't make it. Instead of telling me that's fine let's book a different day. she said(in a super condescending voice) well you are suppose to know you're the one who booked it. i felt looked down upon and that was last straw for me. i would never go back there again.

  Great dental experiences! The staff are kind a highly professional. Best of all they provide straight forward honest answers.

  I've always feared going to the dentist. An almost debilitating fear for days before my appointments. I don't know why, and it really doesn't matter. But that all changed with Dr. D'Alfonso. It's hard to put into words how calming, reassuring, gentle and yet superbly effective she is. I almost want to go back and just hang out..almost. I unreservedly endorse her and recommend Aarm Dental Group on Hornby. Interestingly, she was recommended to me by a friend who also found the same. Go check it out for yourself!

  I loved the doctors here, they know what they are doing and they make me feel comfortable and explain things step by step.

  My son was here and it seems like the dental work was done well but I never felt welcome when entered the location. I was not greeted and nobody really cared why I am here or which doctor I want to see, seems like nobody is really in charge for people entering the location, they just keep doing there office work. Switched location and found a place where my business is appreciated.
