  I would like to thank Anna in Watch Repairs & Service for going the extra distance in customer service. Last Thursday evening she was just closing the service counter and I needed a watch battery for my 93 year old mother's watch. As I indicated that I was visiting from Vancouver Island & couldn't come back in the morning she kindly changed the battery. This was a lovely kind gesture in the true spirit of giving; a very simple thing, but it exemplified what Christmas is truly about. Thank you again Anna for making a dear elderly lady very happy.

  I need Origins, and I really like buying from The Bay. There are a few Bays in The Lower Mainland but this one has a few perks. Has all the Origins stock, comes with lots of Free Parking, and is less crowded most of the time. If you are looking for Clothing I would go to the Downtown Location.

  Bay day is the best. Now that sears is gone. Excellent price and beautiful merchandise.

  Inside Oakridge Centre. Walking distance to Canada Line. Outdoor parkade. Lack of seating inside Hudson's Bay. Only one seat available outside fitting rooms. Limited fitting rooms. Clothing, shoes, watches, cosmetic, home appliances available. Frequent sales.
