  Seems this store employs only three people who wander aimlessly telling any customer that can hunt them down things like "I'll be right with you." or "I'll send someone over." then disappear for twenty minutes. If you enjoy playing cat-and-mouse, you might like to come here. But don't expect to be able to actually buy anything.

  Do not expect to spend a lot of time in this Best Buy, it's great for buying something that you already decided. If you will need assistance, you'll have better experience with the Cambie one since this one is usually very crowded. The store itself is medium sized as well, no chance to appreciate say a new TV set in peace. That said, the staff is used to the pace hence they're probably going to be answer your questions easily, since they heard it hundred times before :) Overall, a good place to grab something that you need, close to work (for downtown at least)

  I felt discriminated and racially profiled from the minute I walked in. I’m sorry I came in 15 minutes before closing to buy an item. I was sent from another location because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. How dare you all whisper amongst each other while staring right at me and then tell me you don’t have the item Im looking for just to get rid of me when the other location specifically told me you had it and put it on hold.

  This was a first for me. My heart and support goes out to everyone in the city whoever feels not good enough because of their race. I felt like this for the first time in my life and it was sickening.

  This is my favorite bestbuy branch. Customer representatives are being always available, very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate this 30-day return policy on electronic stuff. Every single time that for some reasons I wanted to refund a product, they were very open and welcoming and did the process hassle free. The store is neat and well-organized, I could easily find the products I'm looking for.

  This Best Buy branch is pretty decent, pretty much alike all other Best Buy shops in the city. This may be the busiest though with more customers as it is located in the Downtown core.

  I do have to express that the customer service is unfortunately very poor. Almost rather difficult to ask for help and assistance. Most of the staff are seemingly unapproachable and somewhat judgemental upon your appearance, often stare and/or be nosy over your "suspicious" activities when you're simply just looking around, windows shopping or whatnot.
