  Worst experience ever, Dereck was good to deal with but plagued with problems from mygica unit(s), after 2 defective units they dumped me on mygica who have left me dead in the water.

  Bought 2 mygica 1800's, have had them for about a year and a half now, Good service, have had a to call for some tech support once or twice, I have been in for 2 free software updates.

  I have had good service and informative help. When my android box had an issue, they sent it off for repair and got it handled at no cost to me. Always a smile and polite and informative - what more can you ask

  I noticed they were getting a bad rap with some of these reviews so I thought I'd throw in my input. I've personally referred most of my family members and a good amount of my friends to this business and not one of them has had a negative experience over the five years I've purchased stuff from this store.

  Ground Control is probably the best company you will find that sells this type of equipment. They will literally walk you through the process of using it and have good customer service on their phones (even though they can get busy from time to time if you call in). You literally will not find a better deal on this type of equipment (I'm referring to the Android TV devices - as-well as the satellite equipment in the past) for the level of customer service you will get from these guys.

  I totally agree with Mark, the previous commentator and have bought MANY different units from them and well as my friends. HOWEVER . . .on my last order I was given the "run around" on delivery for 17 days so far and still no delivery? When I ordered it was Jan 27, delivery by Friday or Monday at the latest? I queried a week later . . .answer . ."any day now"! They were prompt in taking the fee from my credit card on Jan, 27, so I do have some reservations about their solvency or business ethics. I hope it is 'passing' for those ordering behind me. Wish me luck!
