  I really appreciated working with the owner, Stephen, to find the best sound system and TV for my situation. The store carried so many excellent brands and I was not rushed at all in comparing the sound of different sound bars and wireless speakers. Stephen matched boxing day prices of the big box stores without any pressure from me. Finally, when my wife convinced me that a cabinet I bought wasn't well suited to our space, Stephen offered to credit me back the full amount, despite my using it for a month!

  He is not fast noving, so you need some time to hear his thoughts, but there is no pressure and he is very knowledgeable.

  Terribly overpriced, sold me a optical cable splitter for $45 I later found the exact same one on amazon for $10.
