  I called the Consulate and since the lines were busy I had to leave a message. Peter called me back within an hour and responded to my questions efficiently. He apologized for the busy phone lines and proceeded to send me an email with written instructions. Thank you, I am proud of my Consulate!

  Peter and all the staff of the embassy are really Friendly and Helpful. They will respond all your questions and provide all the information needed for your paperwork and visas. However, they could apply similar system like the Consulate of Melbourne - Australia.

  Warning. They are very lazy. They only work half a day. They call it a day at 1 pm.

  These people are the worst kind of bureaucrat. The first time I went to get ID the guy spent most of his time talking about how busy he was and not actually doing anything as far as I could see. Paid the fee, never got the ID. Now I've been trying to contact them for weeks to get a passport and every time I call it goes straight to voicemail, no matter what time I call and they don't like it when you just show up unannounced. I'm thinking it will be easier to fly to T.O. than deal with these people. AVOID AT ALL COST!
