  Admittedly the website of the Vancouver consulate should have been designed better. The information about consular services should have been better elaborated. However, if you are careful enough, all the information is there. If you are well prepared with all required documents, things can be done very efficiently.

  The officials there are professional. They are not restaurant servants, so it is understandable they will not always be smiling. Yet they are friendly enough. Questions get answered accurately according to the laws.
