  The only thing I wanna suggest is please mention the in your address that its 11th floor because I got lost in the building and it wasn't saying in entrance or reception or probably I couldn't able to find it.

  They don't answer their phones .. even the emergency one (then what's the point of having an emergency number?) Even if you send them an email you'll receive an email saying that their inbox is full!!! so, practically, there is no way you can contact them

  They won't answer any of my emails all they want is money money money I've had enough I've paid more than enough and to top it I have no passport they never gave back my old one that's against the law they got all my ID

  Applied visa last year, overall satisfied experience. We prepared all required documents so process was really straight forward. The office itself was a bit layback and casual atmosphere but 100% professional. Everyone knows what they are doing, helpful and friendly. We did wait a bit inside after our appointment time passed so no need to get there too early if you have booked an appointment.
