Called inquiring about a travel permit, I was told I had to submit an email with a list of documents. All 13 documents where included in the email. I was then told some documents were missing, which I sent in as asked. 10 days later no reply. I called them asking for an update and was told they were still reviewing the documents. Called again and left 3 messages in 1 week. It’s now been 8 weeks and still no reply. Thankfully I was able to find a way around the travel permit my son needed. I will go out of my way to never have to deal with them ever gain.

No puede ser que digan que el consulado abre a la 9 y son las 9:10 y todavía no se ve ni un alma... será que los Consulados también son el reflejo de esta nueva venezuela

this is the office, of one of the most repressive regimes in the world. a narco-state, where the "president" and his cronies have stolen billions of dollars from a population that is unable to afford food, healthcare, medicine and life. The thug-run dictatorship government of this country is so obtuse they prefer to use funds in armament to deploy Cuban and Venezuelan military, arm pro government guerrilla groups to kill protesters (many of whom are minors) who are demanding the right to follow the constitution. This consulate is the offspring of a hateful and repressive regime. sad.
