  Terrible service. These people don't know what they're doing, when I got to my destination I found out that this company hadn't given me all of my papers back, they continued to argue with me and try to convince I didn't need these papers. In the end they forced me to pay for over-priced postage to have the papers sent to me. I do not trust these people, or the 'Company'.

  I encountered IVPSC in their Vancouver office. I am not going to come back and would never recommend to anyone to use their service. I tried to call head office in Calgary, but it seems like this whole "Corporation" does not only know any customer complaint resolution techniques, but also does not have any idea what customer service is. The company’s employees threatened me that my visa would be cancelled and requested to apologize for being disappointed customer. For my entire trip abroad I was afraid that my visa would be cancelled or something would go wrong thanks to IVPSC. If you want to experience “non-customer” service and fear during your trip, please go for International Visa Corporation.

  I'm sorry to read the other reviews of IVPC as my experience has been quite the opposite. I've used them a dozen times over at least 10 years. Each time they've done exactly what they've promised on time and on budget. This includes a number of Chinese Visas as well as other travel permits. They seem to know the people at the various consulates and are able to process documents at record speed. I couldn't be happier and am about to use them again.
