  These days, customer service has almost become “a thing of the past”. We have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless electronic assistance. It always gives me hope when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent support. These folks are truly professional and “care” for your needs.   I live in Calgary, Alberta. I had a complicated and very time-sensitive document to be authenticated by the Turkish Consulate. They not only took charge of the whole thing, but kept me advised throughout the process by phone and email and delivered the completed document in the absolute shortest time possible (in less than half a day from the time they picked up the document to the time they handed it to the return courier !!!).
