  Rude and condescending! I walked in for the first time and had shockingly awful customer service. There was no way I was going to give them my money after being treated so poorly, so I left. I had never been there before and I'm never coming back!

  Order flowers for a colleague's Mom-In-Law passing that was a hardship for her. She received exceptional service delivering out of area due to them not being home during the day. The flowers and arrangement was exquisite. Cannot say enough. Deeply grateful. I definitely give them 5 stars for flowers and service and will continue to order flowers for personal and professional occasions.

  Terrible service. I sent in an email order request and followed up with a phone call the next day because I hadn't heard from them. They had no idea who I was and when I tried to explain, the person on the phone seemed stoned or drunk. I had a photo from their website that I wanted them to recreate and it was a small arrangement, nothing crazy or involved. Basically, my email or phone request was never followed up and my flowers didn't get delivered despite my efforts to follow up. Last I heard from them was "we'll send you a quote in a couple of hours". It's been three weeks and NOTHING. I will never go to them ever.
