  Because that's what all those 1-star reviews would be if they were allowed to be honest. Hate is ugly, and stinks, no matter how many flowers you try to cover it with.

  How does 5 5-star reviews (at least one of which, "a google user", was probably the proprietor) and 10 1-star reviews equal a 3 1/2 star rating? The mean is 2 stars. The median is 1 star. The mode is 1 star. And the reality?

  Every time my wife comes home with arrangements given to take home from parties and events I'm always amazed at their work. There is always a clean Japanese touch to everything the do. The also did an amazing job for our wedding!
