The foam is indented and material sagging.

I bought a light that was defective, after calling the store I was referred to customer care because I no longer have the box as I discovered if after the fact.

Poor quality. They don't stand by their product. Disappointing.

Purchased marble table, was told I can attempt pick up in order to save on the $95 delivery charge, if it doesn't fit I can decide to get it delivered at that point.

When I got the exchange done, they marked my new receipt with FINAL SALE. Even though this item was full price and I did nothing wrong but buy a defective product from EQ3. Why is my product a final sale when I got an exchange? What if this new light is defective as well? That means I'll be stuck with it. That's crappy customer policy and care.

Well it didn't fit. Called in to book the delivery which I have been quoted $95 on multiple occasions. Manager of the store suddenly tells me there is an extra $30 special handling fee for the marble table (I bought a small dining table, really not that heavy). I ask if there is an extra charge for handling a heavier sofa? "No extra charge for a sofa". Really annoyed, would have returned the dining table right then and there if I wasn't in a pinch to have one.

Customer Service here is beyond reproach. We bought a leather couch and had some issues with it. Both Anne at National Customer Service and the Vancouver Store Manager, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. In spite of the issue we had, I will continue to shop here and recommend them highly.

Disappointing. We are now left with two expensive chairs that look old after just over a year.

When we approached customer service they told us it was a one year warranty, we are out of luck and to "fluff" the cushions. I explained the cushions are fixed and cannot be fluffed. The chairs have been discontinued.

I would head down to Urban Barn down the street. Better quality and they stand by their product. My IKEA chairs are holding up better after 6 years.

Great stuff. Wish I had more money to spend there. Staff is very helpful too. If they don't know, they will get someone who does. And very patient while you think things though. They don't bug you or pressure you into buying.

And full stop. That's it. Sorry, one year warranty. Fluff the cushons.

To give you perspective as to how small the table is, I thought it MIGHT fit in my 2011 Mini Cooper. A sofa on the other hand, is absolutely impossible to fit in my car, and is at least twice as heavy.

I had to come back to add more to this post. I just read other reviews of others complaining of customer service. It all makes sense now. This will be the last item I buy from them. I was considering the $1700 bed frame with headboard. Guess I'm looking else where now.

We purchased two Ian Lounge chairs a year and a half ago and with casual use they now look old. These chairs were almost $1,000.
