  Undertaking a renovation of this size was no small decision and Jacqueline, our designer,and Garth, our project manager, worked to make sure the design met our requirements and our budget. When we had to put the project on hold for personal reasons they made every accommodation to ensure that we didn't feel pressured.

  My project manager, Jacqueline Pasquali, was professional, helpful, available and clear in her communications. Any issues that arose were dealt with to my satisfaction. There was a genuine commitment to a high standard of work. The tradespeople were highly skilled, polite and willing to discuss the work.

  This was a massive renovation because there had been no updating to my loft for decades. It was a project way beyond a cosmetic makeover. The entire space was literally gutted to transform my vision into reality. Electrical, plumbing, gas lines and structural elements were involved. It was certainly more complicated than I had anticipated.

  Once construction started the job was done professionally with skilled trades people, all of whom were polite and very willing to spend time with us discussing the work. The scheduling was done such that I don't see how the project could have been completed more quickly. There were people on site every day for seven months, at times more than a dozen working at once.

Our experience with Klondike has shown that our initial impressions were absolutely correct. Throughout the entire design and build process they were helpful and professional and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

  Klondike has been a headache since the beginning. Poor project management, poor quality of work, poor communication, and little pride in their work. It is clear they treat sub-contractors with little respect including not paying them. High Employee turnover is a clear red flag. The project looks great overall, but is hidden with poor quality. There has been one thing breaking after the other. They may work better for residential projects; but for high-use commercial, I highly do not recommend hiring Klondike.

  My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Klondike. Their professionalism, service and results are all top notch. Perhaps even more importantly, we were extremely impressed with how Eric and his team handled a challenging situation. This spoke tremendously to Klondike’s ethics and core values.
