  Terrible, made designs for my kitchen that were way over what I said I could afford. Then blamed me for not having enough money. Then produced drawings that were identical to the kitchen I already had. Then charged close to 3000 dollars for the designs. Never got back the money. Then bullied (called me 3 times a day for weeks) into signing a discharge for nothing! Never trust again.

  Horrendous experience and headache. Read all of the those reviews with one stars and most of what they're saying are also happening to us. I'm with-holding details as the mess is still on-going. Absolutely not recommending this contractor to anyone.

  They also continue to tell me I have “Change Orders” in things that should have been included in my original quote and have now charged me over 20,000.00 more than my budget.

  These guys are disrespectful, are falsely advertising and a waste of time. After a look through their website, I contacted them through their website about renovating my condo bathroom. I gave detailed explanation of my project. They contacted me within 24 hours to get more details of my condo, the size, timeline and scope of the renovation. We set up a time for a walk through. Upon the arrival of the assessor, the guy interrogated me about whether or not I had reviewed their website and then proceeded to say that they don't do condos and need to refer me to a different company. He left after 5 minutes of arriving. I made it clear in both my message and phone call that it was a condo. In addition, there is even an option on their website that they do condo renos. I booked time off work for this assessment. Unacceptable.

  They measured late, ordered late and then built my patio door wrong - creating huge delays so now a summer work project is into Christmas winter Cold holidays and I have a poorly covered huge opening in the front of my house - they didn’t even enclose it so that there weren’t spaces open to the outdoors. Even after I requested they make it safer and better. I have had to stuff plastic bags into the holes and gaps to keep my home warm enough.

  They don't know the meaning of the word authenticity. Very bad management. I won't recommend them. Plus most of the reviews on Google were made by their own employees.

  Vancouver General Contractors promised me organization, continuous work and project management and did not deliver on any of this. The delayed project is due to no coordination of trades, people coming to work for a couple of hours randomly and going off to other jobs, and no one showing up to work for several Days. I have had no value by hiring Vancouver General Contractors and suggest you keep looking.

  Hired Vancouver General Contractors in feb 2017 for a kitchen and main floor renovation. Nothing has gone well. A 3 month max project has taken over 5 month and still incomplete. The people that were supposed to be “project managers” did not communicate with the random trades people they hired and so often people would come into my house but not know what to do and leave again. The drywalling is not very good and you can see patches and “tape” outlines.
