    From front staff to trainers and the ease of online booking - this is a great place for busy people looking for amazing workouts with huge results. Its the boost you need in a setting where there is no judgement, all ages, shapes and kinds of people encouraging each other. This is where I go to drop all my stresses and worries and leave with the a smile. The best worry free hour you can give yourself.

    There's not enough great things to say about OrangeTheory at Convention Centre! The Studio Manager, Elizabeth, knows the majority of the members by name, is incredibly friendly, and very helpful and accommodating when it comes to questions about memberships. The coaches are top notch and extremely educated on all equipment and can coach people of all levels on proper form in order to get the best out of their workout. The head trainer, Malae, is amazing! However, that's not to say all the other trainers aren't fantastic as well. Definitely try this place out if you haven't already!

    the environmeny facility trainers ppl are all fantastic but here is the major problem of this program is that it does a ton of cardio for at least 30 mins then goes on to strength training and rowing cardio (which missed few body parts) there is no way you can go anywhere near medium to hard here if you stayed in their orange zone in cardio, this class is def not for any muscle gainers but amazing for purely blasting calories
