Decent but not excellent selection of various home Products. Ranging from seasonal decor such as Christmas decorations in Winter to a small to medium-sized Garden area in the summer time. Staff are friendly and usually if they don't know the answer to your question they will try to find someone who does.

This particular Home Depot (Cambie St) doesn't have as good customer service and closes 1 hour earlier than the other depots. I decided to leave and drive to the next closest Home Depot (Terminal Ave) to purchase. There were more options and more helpful clerks there who weren't trying to rush us out of the store 30 minutes before closing. In fact, they were patient enough to wait for us as we used the sawing station and paid for our purchases.

No one was helpful. One dude didn't even know where some bins were. They were literally at the front in a huge section. They didn't have what I needed. And there's no tap one the stupid machines.

#HomeDepotCanada convinced me to pay for installation of an electric microwave oven. Then they refused to install the electric microwave oven on the grounds that it was electric and needed a power point. They kept the money.

The scope of works they agreed to includes the clause that #HomeDepotCanada will "Connect electrical service as required by National and/or Provincial Electrical Code" and " Install new appliance to customer#s satisfaction in accordance with local code and regulation or to manufacturer specifications." Clearly, they agreed to connect an electrical service, but then refused to do so. #false and #misleading representations, #DeceptiveMarketingPractices

Customer service was excellent. I wanted information on toilets, the staff were very patiently answering my questions. All the info was so helpful for an informed purchase
