  I feel this location offers a better shopping experience. Parking is the only downfall. Paid parking which is reversed at the till upon checkout. Parking upstairs is a nightmare, avoid it. Use the downstairs parking for ease of entry and exit. I waited nearly 20 mins to use the one and only exit upstairs as people were getting confused who to let out. Shopping was well laid out. They have the largest selection of frying pans out of any store. A wall dedicated to them alone.

  Too many items, easy to spend an hour or so here just looking. I buy all my car fluids here. I just bought a battery charger for my car batteries, which is better than buying a new battery, as mine is only two years old and lost its charge when I left my inside lights on. Which is a no! no!

  I then asked for the manager as my credit card had my photo on it and should have sufficed. To my shock, the manager (Jessica) also refused to issue the refund. I was humiliated as they were creating an unexpected and unnecessary scene in front of the other customers in the store. I am typically a calm cool collected person, but they seemed to be enjoying the drama for whatever reason. I said I found their behaviour unacceptable and unethical and that I may take it to the media. With that, she finally issued the refund. I was shocked at the way they treat customers and told her I would never shop at that location again. Her response was "That's fine by me!"

  (lady with the blue hair). After a lengthy wait (approx. 20 min.), it was my turn. I gave her the item, along with my receipt and credit card expecting to get a refund. She said their policy was not to refund anything without proper photo ID regardless of whether you have a receipt or paid cash or paid by credit card. She suggested I return the item to a different CT store as not all CT stores have this rigid return policy. You should be able to bring am item back to the same store it was pirchased at and not have to be sent away and told to take it to a different store. So bizarre!

  This isn't MEC. But it doesn't pretend to be. If you want the basics for sporting goods or home improvement CT is fine. Prices are high for the quality you're getting, but keep an eye on the flyers and you can get some decent deals.

  This has got to be one of the easiest stores to find things you need. Last year I got my Christmas decorations from here and my tree still looks amazing this year! Also, I always spend too much time in their housewares department, they have all of the great kitchen stuff at great prices and wonderful sales. Their staff are very helpful and it's such a nice clean store with great hours to shop at! In addition, they are excellent community partners, and have participated in community events! THANK YOU!!!

  Terrible customer service!! I've been shopping at Canadian Tire for years and have never been treated as horribly as I was today. I bought a BBQ tool set at 5:30 today, but decided to return it at 7:30 because the case was too bulky for my RV. There was only one person in Customer Service
