  As much as the hospital is the last place anyone wants to be UBC has some very good Dr's. Every Dr on my team has always been very caring and professional. I've been going to UBC MS Clinical and many of the hospital services for more than 13 years.

  Do not even think about visit here, nurse is not profession and the doctor super slow. FYI, medical system also disaster, special list is super super slow...

  The "urgent care" opens from 8:00am - 10:00pm, therefore it should be re-named "we-don't care." During my visit to urgent care, I was feeling very sick and almost fell unconscious. I was greeted by a very discourteous welcome by an overweight female nurse and I was denied water when I asked for it, so I had to buy it from the vending machine. The black overweight female nurse was beneath contempt by measuring my blood pressure while texting on her phone and discussing jokes with her colleague. I have no desire to come back to this place again, and I recommend the nurses that work here to fix their attitudes. They did not treat me like a human being, and I was appalled beyond belief.

  The hospital staff were very friendly and understanding of it being my first time since young childhood of ever being in the hospital and my first time having surgery. Getting here was a little confusing but once I found parking (Paid) everything was fine. Very clean, friendly but for obvious reasons I hope I don't have to go back for anymore surgeries.
