  I contacted the info e-mail and was replied to by Dane, the co-owner of the store. I was treated like a friend the entire time. Dane and his crew crafted the perfect engagement ring within my budget after just a simple phone call. They shipped the ring overnight to Edmonton and when it came to buying wedding bands, there was no where else we would go.

  Fantastic stress free service. As someone who knew nothing about rings before walking into the shop they were able to answer all of my questions and show me examples of what they were referring too. Taylor was my tour guide and advice giver. She was very timely and concise in her responses to my countless emails. I would recommend Cavalier to anyone looking for custom jewelry.

  The staff at Cavalier are extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I did a lot of research before settling on a jeweler, and these folks are the best. They'll make you anything you can dream up, and they'll also help you narrow down the options. They only carry ethically sourced diamonds and they don't bother with anything low quality. They also don't try to up-sell you on expensive items that have no value (like a D-colour diamond to sit in rose or yellow gold). Their pricing is very competitive. They respond quickly to emails and are always available for a phone chat or meeting at their shop. Taylor was extremely helpful with diamond selection; she presented the options and offered style tips that were totally on point. I am quite particular, and I was very happy with the final product. My fiancé (thanks Cavalier...) absolutely loves the ring. I don't think she has stopped looking at it since she got it. We are definitely going back to Cavalier for help with the wedding bands.

  Honest service and fair prices. Cavalier can custom make almost anything you need, and will do so with a smile. They went above and beyond to help me choose a perfect engagement ring, and then helped design custom bands to match for the wedding!

  I came in randomly off the street, and couldnt be happier with how everything worked out. It was a straight forward, clear and communicative process. The Cavalier team was great about answering all my questions and making adjustments. They really are wonderful to work with.

  We ended up both getting wedding bands (designed exactly to what we wanted) and again Dane's crew hit the nail on the head. We had a bit of an issue (mis-communication) between what we were looking for and Dane immediately requested the ring back and wanted to make it perfect. He did.

  When I was starting my search for an engagement ring for my (now) wife, I had no idea where to start. I went to all of the "mall-type" stores and was overwhelmed and sick of the staff making me feel like I didn't belong. **DISCLAIMER** I've never stepped foot in Cavalier, but the service I received deserves 10 stars out of a possible 5.
