  It's strange seeing the reviews that say the sales girls at this store are really sweet. I had the opposite experience. The minute I got in I was met by a Russian sales associate who didn't lift a finger to assist me at all. I had to ask her for her help. Then she complied by donning a sour faced look while hovering over me like a hawk as I tried to browse. i guess she didn't think I was going to buy anything, and she couldn't wait to get rid of me, a potential customer

  I've been in here multiple times and the staff are really sweet and helpful. Just bought my mom a lovely bracelet and they gave me a year to return it if anything breaks. Love it!

  I bought a pair of earrings from them a few months ago. First of all, they offerred no exchange and return at any time. Secondly, one of the earrings fell apart in less than 5 months. I took it to the store, they refusedthe to repair it or send it for repair or anything. I would expect at least a paid repair if not free, but they just told me "we cannot do anything, sorry". Apparently, their model is just to sell and not support anything because they know their product is not gonna last long. I recommend this place only if you plan to wear the jewelry only once for an occasion.
