If I give you a 20$ bill and am told that soap is 1$ why did I end up with 17.50$ in change in stead of 19$? That's a $1 for soap & $2.50 in their personal pocket. TWICE by the same person. I let it go the first time but to have this repeated TWICE by this individual is highly suspect, so I left your business. If you have ever studied psychoanalysis and anything related to psychology then you would understand that people in a position of trust/authority tend to abuse their position. In simple terms of evolution it's the predator instinct. Why do certain people who have a desire for children become teachers? To get close to their prey. Why do CEO's abuse their positions so rampantly? Predator instinct. Am I to believe that you are suggesting that their is no such thing as corruption? OMG delusional!

Make sure you count your change. One woman here has skimmed from me TWICE now. It's 1$ for soap not 2.50$ ! I understand if you're poor at MATH the first time, but TWICE in a row? Thief! Lost my business for good. U get cops on u if to take from 7/11 over a chocolate bar so why should this be an exception? Theft is theft. I have been coming here for a good amount of time to do laundry, but do to this repeated occurrence because of one individual I have lost my trust. How does it go? "Fool me once shame on you, fool me TWICE shame on me." Sorry, I can't have a 3rd time.

The issue is stated clearly as loss of trust. Loss of trust is far more important then any monetary amount. How do some companies put it? U lose a customer in the short term so what? Over a life time that can equal out to a large loss of equity.

If you are looking for a good overall place to do laundry, look no further. I have been going there weekly for the last 7 or more years. It's upbeat decor, cutting edge stainless steel washers and dryers, not to mention their very reasonable pricing. It's a family business run by the owner operators Jim and Saba. They are both friendly, outgoing and more than willing to accommodate you. Don't have to concern yourself with having the right change, loosing it in the machine, soap, bleach or fabric softener as they sell it. Lets continue to support Our Vancouver Community Owner-Operators. Thanks Laundry Valet for being their for us.

We needed some emergency laundry done while we were staying at a hotel downtown after our 9-month-old got sick and barfed on basically all of his clothes (and some of ours). We called when they opened and we had our laundry picked up at our hotel and returned by dinner time. Everything was perfectly clean and folded; they even used baby-safe non-scented detergent. Amazing service and fair prices.

+ Cheaper Detergent/Softner - they are not selling sealed packages, wich are 2 or 3 dollars, like in other stores, they sell it from bulk

Fortunately, the Alphabet Corp that owns Google graciously lets users speak about their personal experiences including the freedom to rate their experiences using 1-5 stars. If Google only allowed users to put 5 stars I think the reality of 1984 would become more evident. And we can't have that.
