Not enough driers. The staff are great but the owner obviously doesn't care

Fast service at a good price. Great location.

Very comfy chairs making this the only laundromat I've encountered that is comfortable to lounge in. Sometimes there are strange smells. The staff are nice enough. I see from other reviews that people complain about $3 a wash and 25¢ per 3 minute dryers. Does anyone know how much it costs to run a laundromat and lease a space in Vancouver? I don't. Pretty sure they're not getting rich though.

I like that sometimes their out of order signs state why a machine is broken.

I hate to give a struggling business such a poor review, but it's really a sad, run-down place. It's redeeming quality is the friendly staff. The prices are almost double what I'm used to paying elsewhere of the Drive (no doubt because they're struggling, though doubling the price vs other nearby competition doesn't make sense). $3 for a wash, $4.50 for the big machines, $0.50 for 6 minutes of dryer (expect to need 30mins, which is another $3). Over half their machines are out of order - all of the less expensive ones -, the ones that do work do not take pre-2012 loonies (blame that one on Canadian mint for screwing over every coin operated machine in Canada). You'll be able to get the job done here, just don't expect convenience.

They have raised the prices and it is now quite expensive. Some machines will ask for more money than needed (making washing cost up to $5 a load) and you will not be reimbursed for this
