  The music was good, service sucked. Staff were all very rude to my group. Price is around average for Vancouver. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a table because staff only pays attention to them.

  This place used to be good. Now it’s just a bunch of 19 year olds crying and throwing up. Ya sorry I’ll go somewhere else.

  One of the better club experiences I've had in a while! We emailed to get on guestlist and were told cover would only be free until 10:30, however we arrived at 11 and they still didn't charge which was nice! Bartenders were friendly and quick to serve (Prices are average) Bouncers were also really friendly and helpful - when my friend got separated from our group one of them approached her and offered to help her get back to us. We liked the layout of the club and the fact that there's areas to just chill or play pool away from the dance floor... Overall a pretty good time

  When me and my friends first got there the bouncers were yelling and swearing and using derogatory language towards one of the groups of people in front of us, so already a bad impression, the bouncers didn’t check id very carefully, good place to go if underaged. Then all the other staff were extremely rude, poor service. I’d like to speak to the managers and owners because it is offensive the service they provide. Music and layout of the club was good so if you are willing to look past the poor service then go to twelve west.
