    The clinic receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful whenever I call in to make my appointments. I have seen both Lily Wu and Amanda Wong, the two physiotherapists who work there, for my low back and knee injuries, and they were able to help me recover within a few weeks so I can still compete in the Whistler GranFondo. They have great hands-on skills as well as provided me with some useful home exercises.

    I also book in regularly with their massage therapist (Rebecca) to get rid of the muscle tension I get from my office work. She can really get into those tight muscles!

    I've been seeing my Acupuncturist, Carrie Lee, for the past three months. My initial consultation was very thorough and Carrie was able to properly diagnose all my symptoms by evaluating my energy flow through a questionnaire and some simple interactive tests (feeling my pulse, examining my hands, looking in my ears). She was very accurate. After my first few acupuncture visits, Carrie has been able to improve my areas of concern (digestion, neck and back pain, among others). She has also been able to help reduce fatigue and promote a happier and calmer overall well-being. I would highly recommend seeing Carrie Lee!

    The Health Craft team was great. Lily, my phisiotherapist, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and goals. Her course of treatment had me back up to 100% in less time than anticipated. I highly recommend this clinic.

    Unlike other clinics that I have been to, they do one-on-one appointments so they are not running between multiple patients during the same timeslot. The clinic space is also quite private since they have private rooms instead of the usual curtains I was used to seeing at other clinics.

    I also appreciate their 2 hour free parking lot. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to others.

    They have a fantastic deal for students and for people who have MSP Premium Assistance. I basically maxed out my school insurance going so often. Amanda was great. She gave me a ton of exercises and helped with muscle relaxation in my back/IT band/neck etc. She would notice something about my body through assessment (for example, weak glutes and outer hips) and outlined how it might be affecting the rest of my body and it was always a crazy lightbulb moment where everything clicked. Definitely wish I could afford to have a full session each week, but the 20-30 minutes that I did get were well worth it. I have a ton of exercises that I do 2-3 times a week that I really feel are helping.
