  I switched from a different physio clinic which was closer to my house to this one. Had a bad experience with my previous one and only did 2 sessions with them.. not going to specify which one. South Van Physio was closest to my work and upon first visit , Dee made a very good impression and was very attentive to the work that needed to get done. I was very happy with my choice to switch and very happy with the service from the staff and physio therapist here. Would definitely recommend if you are in need.

  I liked Deepika from the moment she introduced herself to me. She has a sense of calm about her. She took the time to explain and show me on the computer the situation I was faced with and how she was planning to help me. I have frozen shoulder. Since working with Deepika my range has improved dramatically.

  When I started my physio treatment with Deepika here I had no hope of getting better and thought an MRI was neccesary and something serious has damaged my back. I couldnt lie on my back or sit on a chair as my back was in that much pain and it was hyper sensitive, driving was painful I could feel my clothing rubbing on my back and.... Now on my 6th week things have improved enormously, i can sit on a sofa and can sleep on my back as opposed to only on shoulders and going thru sleepless nights from pain. I now am very hopeful this pain will completely go away soon.

  I was referred to Deepika for my shoulder pain and my poor range of movement. Deepika was so kind and funny, she gave me some advice and a few exercises to do at home. After about 3 sessions of her using the needles I was able to fully move my shoulder without having sharp pain. I recommend D to anyone with pain or discomfort, she will make a plan with you and try to fix it!
