  employees were unable to find my second package by name after picking up one of two packages, call Canada post and find out is is at this post office, call the post office and they can only find that package through the tracking number. go in the next day only to find out they have sent the package back after telling them i would be in. they were unwilling to resolve this issue and blamed the issue on having a employee in training

  Awful customer service, rude employees, unhelpful. Worst post office experience i've ever had. Never go here.

  Wow...... seriously? Card says parcel is there, so I went and guy says 'come back tomorrow too many here to look'. Worst service ever.

  Does not take the time to look for my missed mail. Says on my card that I can pick it up after 5pm. Went there at 6 and the lady at the counter said to just come back for it tomorrow that "there's too many boxes and she can't find it." Unbelievable and most frustrating. Is it too much to just do the job and look for mail ?
