  We are a townhouse Strata complex which required several quotes for the new roof. Years of experience and good reviews had the Council choose Penfolds. It was a large project of 6 separate buildings, with many owners, but Penfolds did a great job. Thanks to Jonathan for managing the project and dealing quickly and effectively with any issues that arose. Months later during a heavy storm, a small leak appeared, but Penfolds was there in under 2 hours to deal with the leak around a vent. Excellent customer service!!

  Penfolds Roofing was recommended by my realtor. I hesitated at first after receiving their quote and the others'. There was doubt during the long waiting time. However, all these passed quickly because their quality work and professionalism dismissed all my worries. Every time I pass by the other roofing projects, I keep on comparing and I know I made a right choice. Thank you, Penfolds.

  The folks from Penfolds including Chris McCready and Adrian (the foreman) were incredibly polite, professional and eager to please - they finished ahead of schedule, on budget and even blew all of the leaves off of my patio. I would heartily recommend Penfolds to anyone that needs to replace their roof.

  After torrential October rains, a bad leak started draining directly into my son's bedroom from somewhere on the rooftop deck. Desperate to have someone come out to take a look asap, Chris squeezed in a visit to our house the same day I called in. It took him all of 10 minutes to figure out where the water was coming in--through a hole near where the shingles cut into the deck railing. He suggested we fill the hole with foam spray (which I rushed out to buy at Home Depot) and low and behold no more leak! We are so thankful not only that Penfold's having a receptionist there to answer calls right away (no leaving messages and waiting for call-backs) and even more for Chris' same-day help. He was professional, courteous and really knew stuff. We are so happy and relieved to know the water is no longer coming in. Thank you Chris!

  called in for a leaky roof problem, and they were here the next day! It was amazing. When it's pouring in Vancouver, I certainly was not expecting this turnaround, but certainly am impressed with that sort of customer service! Would highly recommend Penfolds to anyone just from this experience.
