  Last time I checked, we as customers have to pay a no-show/cancellation fee for changes inside a 24 hour period. I feel like George Constanza in that episode of Sienfeld here where he tried to charge his service provider with a change fee.

  I have been a client for 5+ years and come here often, mostly for deep tissue massages. Sometimes I treat myself to other services.

  I have always received excellent care and service. Most receptionists recognize me when I call, which feels great, and they know when I'm having a bad day and sometimes I get fruit & cookie treats. Love it!

  1. If you say you open from 11, make sure you come at least 11:30 for the appointment! I had to wait for 15 minutes and was about to leave when they finally showed up

  2. INFORM the client that you are going to clean pores with a needle (I did facial - whitening) After the treatmet I had red dots all over my face because of your cleaning!!! What if I had to go out that night?!?!?!

  I scheduled a massage here on a whim a while ago, it was a little expensive for what it was but I decided to go ahead and book an RMT session the following week since this place is a 2 second walk from my front door. I got a call on the morning of scheduled RMT appointment saying that they needed to rebook me due to a scheduling conflict. Ok no problem, things happen and I get that. So I rebooked for the following week... this time I get a call about an hour before my appointment saying that they needed to rebook me for the weekend. They were unaplogetic and pretty rude about the whole situatuon. Very frustrating.

  Often taking the first appointment of the day, I have experienced a few 15-20 minute delays in opening. I like to hope there is a very good reason for this. I overlook it because I enjoy coming here so much. And they do make up for it, always!

  Moreover, I have 3 disgusting pimples now - exactly at the spots that you were touching with that needle. Coincedence? I don't think so!
