Have more than one table set up for wrist bands (upstairs) and then someone checking at the floor entrance for wristbands and tickets. It's not rocket science. Literally, this is the process for most major venues elsewhere. If ever concert venue in the states and beyond can figure it out, I don't understand what the problem is. Organisational issues continually keep this venue from being ranked higher.

This was my first and the last time I come here for a rock concert.

Not the best sound for a venue but it wasn't bad. Easy to get into and not a huge wait. Drink lines were not as bad as I thought as they had plenty of stands and pre poured beers. Leaving went fairly smoothly too

The restaurant selection was average of what you would expect and their service was VERY slow. The food itself was hit and miss. pizza was good, The burgers were decent, the chicken fingers were bland, but the fries were delicious.

The seating is designed for children. I'm medium height (5'9), yet my knees were hard pressed to the sit in front of me. I don't envy taller people. The sound quality was bad. The sounds from musical instruments were merging into one indistinguishable mass of sound, basically just noise. Maybe it is something to do with the location of my seat (the middle of Y section) , or the arena shape of the venue, or positioning or quality of the speakers.

The actual arena would benefit from a few more railings in the higher seats in the second bowl. Positive for the inside is the seats sit a chubby and very wide hipped woman with minimal discomfort.

On the plus side the security team was polite, friendly, calm and incredibly helpful when my husband had a medical emergency.

The parking lot is very poorly lit, small parking spaces and skinny lanes between rows of vehicles.

The light show on the other hand was great.

Went to Disney on ice with the kids. Parking was $15.00 for 2 hours (all day I suppose but the show was only 2 hours.) the tickets to the show were about $80 each then the merchandise and food once you got there were so unbelievably expensive it was a bit ridiculous. Cotton candy was $20 (came with a pair of plastic gold Mickey ears though so more worth it) and the coffees were average price around $4-5, the “magic glow wands” were $35... when should have been around $15 tops. The lineups for washroom were long but went pretty fast. If you take your kids to see this show make sure you have some cash or you get charged all the little fees... it was an expensive night! The kids loved it though of course.

I have been to many concerts here over the years and I have yet to see one where it's organized in a logical way. One main entrance, with merch set up directly where people are funneling in. Huge lines that take forever to get to the front has directly impacted my decision as to whether to get merch or not (not). Also, for floor access, one entrance and two people handing out wristbands for a line that takes forever to get through.

I hope my favorite bands will choose a different venue when coming to town next time.
