  Friendly and helpful stuff, willing to tweak their solutions based on special requests, excellent location, much better price than U-Haul or other storage places. Easy access with car close to the storage lockers.

  1) The driveway they keep the van in is difficult to find and extremely steep and tight. It's easy to see why the vehicle has scratches all over it.

  2) Be careful if you choose to forgo insurance for U-haul truck rentals here. David tried to charge me $200 for a scratch that was pre-existing, requiring me to file a dispute claim that I eventually won. What a headache. Make sure to take careful documentation, or better yet, choose a different location to rent from that doesn't engage in underhanded practices - there are plenty nearby.

  OWNER: Herb...at Guardian Storage Is a great addition to the neighborhood. A warm welcome and a secure, clean enviorment. I like the fast access in the huge doorways, for unloading or loading. Prices are affordable. The secretary is a dear heart, helpful and sincere.

  2) Poor customer service - no one does a walk around of the vehicle with you. The tank is not full and the vehicle is dirty. The lady who initially processed my rental later claimed that she does not work on the U-Haul side of things, and the U-Haul representative David Chen, who was extremely rude, threatened to charge my credit card unilaterally when we had a dispute about return time.
