  Very polite and helpful information; explained what promotions were available and what size would suit my items best (you can tell them what sort size stuff you have- bed, tables, boxes etc) however dealing with them is a nightmare. SYSTEM DOWN? They'll be happy to send you away rather than help you. & When I was called and reminded that Its best to cancel in person, no one knew anything about that policy when I came in! (Hands up and rolling my eyes here people, its a joke right?)!

  One holiday when I was challenged with my monthly payment, I was unable to access my unit to get my christmas tree therefore our household was sure to have no tree that season. The then manager realizing my situation allowed me to take the tree only out of storage so as to add some cheer in my home. Thanks to his generosity, we had a wonderful christmas that year.

  Ever since started using Public Storage on 2650 Rupert St, Vancouver, it's been a great experience for my storage needs. I've had no issues at all using their services. Invoicing was always on time via email and the facility itself is always clean whenever I go there. Great facility and would recommend to use and I would use it again for any storage needs.

  Upon arrival there seemed to be some technical computer issues. Employee A was quick to jump to conclusions of ‘maybe not being able to help us’ employee L was more than happy to move to the old school method in order to help us fast and efficiently. Employee A gave a disheartening tour of the facilities seemingly just wanting to get over it. Luckily employee L saved the day yet again with her knowledgeable and enthusiastic attitude towards the whole situation. Facilities are clean and dry, very important not to leave food as it could bring in the critters, dollies/rolling devices left to first come first serve. Open for personal access from 5am-10pm however only during “working” hrs can you sign up, be prepared to spend at least 45mins signing up and DO NOT leave it until just before closing.

  The service and professional efficiency was welcome in today's world. She provided all the information and discounts etc available, and made me feel as if I was part of their family. The facility is clean and also very efficient, and I would highly recommend Public Storage Rupert.
