U-PAK storage is a great storage. Staff are very kind and helpful. Super easy to access to your storage and it is free.

The container was banged around really hard - enough to break the steel latch for the padlock.

I moved to Vancouver BC from Georgia, USA several months back. It's a pricey service but it made moving my belongings across the border and country so much more stress free with easy pick-up and drop off. Worth it - yes.

My only suggestions would be that they get an additional forklift that doesn't need to clear 14 feet... I'm sure this is location dependent. A lot of the city buildings only have a clearance of 12 ft. So I had to rent a van and drive down to the border to unload my things in the rain.. Otherwise I would have needed to pay for a city permit to have my things sit on city property (an alley) over night. If you know anything about Vancouver, people here are pretty good at picking a lock or breaking in to steal things. It was an inconvenience but at the same time the people at Upack were really helpful in letting me access my cube on the weekend even when they were closed. I experienced super friendly customer service from start to finish and would recommend this service to the next person.
