    Very nice staff and good selection, its also nice that they have a bunch of raw and freeze dried options!

    This is one of the last Canadian own pet stores left that haven't as yet been bought out by an American company as so many others have. Their prices are considerably cheaper than others & their staff are always friendly, remember you and your pet and always informative no matter the question. There's another widely used pet store within 4 blocks of my home, however my money goes further if I walk 20 minutes east or 40 minutes west to their Alma Street location.

    It is a convenient store with limited parking on the curbside and plenty of parking at the back. Prices are surprisingly good compared to some other retailers. Staff are friendly. We are regulars.

    Great Cuddles, nice selection of toys too; they all seem to wear very grown up shoes
