  One thing to note: although they are labeled as a "Pet Supply Store" they carry very few pet supplies - just some super schmancy ones.

  Something happened to my dog while being groomed at Pet Shop Boys. There is a high-end vibe to this place, which is what encouraged me to try it in the first place. My dog was always so great with getting groomed prior to this. When I went to pick up my dog, they were not yet ready. They said they needed extra time as she is a 'challenging dog'. No problem, I said I would wait outside. My poor dog was so eager to get out of there when they were finished. I could see that she was visibly stressed. Ever since that experience, now anytime I bring her to any groomer, she cries and shakes. She never did this before! Not only that, but they cut her on her belly and didn't tell me, as she had a scab there afterwards. It is quite disheartening to not know what kind of trauma she was exposed to that made her so extremely scared of being groomed from that point forward.

  After "assessing" our dogs for two days and charging $70, the dogs (which are small) were declined service days before the reservation because they pulled too much on walks. Not impressed.

  Our puppy has been attending this daycare weekly for a few months now and we have been very impressed by their quality of care and service. The puppy loves it there (his tail starts quickly wagging in the parking lot) and we are always warmly greeted during drop off and pickup. The staff, who are very knowledgeable and have great credentials, have been great about answering our all of our new puppy questions. We love that they add some training into the day instead of it being a doggy free-for-all.

  The PET SHOP BOYS offer excellent full spectrum pet services and have really kool stuff for your pet as well - luxury ...

  poorly run operation..... over priced- bad communication. after a lengthly interview process (which they charge you for) they informed us 2 days before our trip that they could not take the dogs. very displeased.
